Here at Schroeppel Chiropractic, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve wracking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of scheduling your appointment and completing your intake forms online.

You should receive both an email and a text message with a link to complete your intake forms online (you can use either of these links, but you don’t need to click on both of them). If you do not receive this link, please call or text us at (385) 429-0920 so we can resend them.
If you are unable to complete the forms online for any reason, please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early to complete them in our office.
What to Expect
Your Initial Exam will include a thorough physical examination and consultation, including an explanation of your diagnosis and treatment options. You will then receive Premium Chiropractic Care which may include spinal adjustments, extremity adjustments, soft tissue treatments, physiotherapies, mechanical flexion distraction, and/or home exercises/instructions as recommended by the doctor for your individual needs.
