As I continue to learn more about fascia and its connection to overall wellness, the more interested I become in it. This article is written for the understanding of the average person and I like it for that. I don’t necessarily agree with everything that is said, but as a whole I do. One thing is for sure, there is much learning and research still to be done in this area.
