Yesterday I had the opportunity to give a short presentation to some of the youth from our church. These young men meet together one evening a week to learn, serve, and have fun together. The topic of the meeting last night was running. While I am not a “runner”, I do enjoy running and have long appreciated to health benefits of running. Why does my shoulder hurt?
Lately, I’ve been seeing a number of patients with shoulder pain. I am not what you would call a “Sports Chiropractor”, but I have found myself with a lot of patients who have sports related injuries/ conditions. These are not professional athletes, but people who exercise/ workout on a regular basis. They come in with neck & back pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot pain, hand/ wrist pain, elbow pain, and shoulder pain.
