Today, my big sister shared a link on FB about the importance of knowing the warning signs of someone who is having a stroke. According to the post:
“A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke…totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.”

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve posted and I’m easing back into it with something simple celery. Long crunchy stalks of celery can be very satisfying to eat, but they’re just “empty calories”, right? Not so, says the research team at Designs for Health.
